Aquarius Moon sign/asc

It's the sign of a person holding a pitcher with its water flowing out for the sake of others. You might say that such people are distributing their water to others. Water here symbolizes "knowledge " & "help to others".
An aquarian enriches the world with his ideas.Aquarians are friendly people who work for benefit of people in general. Shatbhisha & aquarian asc. people / moon sign people are normally very intelligent, kind hearted & good natured. e.g : BV RAMAN (aquarius asc., shatabhisha nakshatra in asc. ) , who is an icon of scientific vedic astrology. Amitabh bachchan may have an aquarius asc.

Aquarius is said to be the sign of inventor. It is obvious that not everyone can be an inventor. But still these people are great with ideas. These people offer good advices to others especially to their friends or people whom they like. They are not shy in changing jobs or places or trying out anything new. In general they are progressive in nature. They work out good solutions for improving life of others as well as themselves. While they help others, they tend to be aware about their self-interests too. They are misunderstood in life by many people. They tend to keep their own religious views based on some influence or inspiration. It's difficult to find any atheist sidereal aquarian. In fact it is difficult to find even the tropical atheist aqarians.

Once they have formed their opinions, they tend to be unchanging & very fixed, as aquarius is a fixed sign. This may give headache to others, They share & tend to exchange ideas with those who can influence them or are friendly with them. This is due to the fact that they are airy signs. But they won't agree to everyone's ideas or every idea. It may be that they are select their own ideas & form opinions.  But they tend to be influenced by intelligent people & ideas. My father had Sun, Rahu & Venus in aquarius  & these facts seem to be correct on him.

Some ancient classics write negative about this sign. e.g according to Phaldeepika aquarians are sinners, greedy to usurp others money, clever in causing hurt to others. But I find these statements to be untrue. They are intelligent or may be clever, but are good & genuine people.  According to Chaldeans Aquarius is a sign of "Superior Spirit". This seems to be true.

These characteristics also apply to people with Uranus in asc, or Uranus opposite asc (i.e.180+_7 degrees) or Uranus in descendent  The success or failure , other characteristics & life events of a person depends on his complete chart rather than a particular asc./moon sign/sunsign.  How a particular asc/moon/sunsign will behave in love or marriage , this depends upon his/her 7th house and matchmaking.

In general this description works for the people born between 20 Jan to 18 Feb according to western astrology or people born between 13 Feb to 14 Mar according to Vedic astrology. In fact sidereal position of Sun/Moon/Asc. or dates given by Vedic astrology are better than tropical ones, this is my conviction.

I believe that sidereal & tropical position of planets are like two waves superimposed on each other. Just like Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle it is difficult to predict when a planet will show its sidereal nature and when it will show its tropical nature. In fact defining a Asc/ Moon sign/ Sun sign is a difficult task. Different books have different opinions. I tend to analyse in my own intuitional way making a mix of Sidereal & tropical Asc / Moon/ Sunsign. But I am convinced that interpretation of any zodiac sign based on its symbol (picture) is true. Anyway Vedic astrology is based on sidereal positions of planets. While western astrological authors like Linda Goodman or Bejan Daruwalla might be good at interpretation of Zodiac signs based on tropical position of Sun (Sun Signs), the same interpretations can be successfully used in sidereal Vedic astrology.  For exact position of Sun/moon or asc. at your birth refer to any good astrological software.

Indo-Aryan migration theory rejected

DECCAN CHRONICLE
Published Jun 18, 2015
Hyderabad: Research on three ancient tribal populations of the Indian subcontinent has once again brought to fore the Indo-Aryan migration debate. The study has rejected any migration into the Indian subcontinent in the last 12,000 years, thereby rejecting the Aryan invasion theory.
Anthropological scientists said there has been continuity in lineage since the Neolithic period, rejecting the conventional theory of the influx of the Indo-Aryan populations. The research study, carried out by Estonian Biocentre and University of Delhi, concluded: “Our high-resolution analysis portraying the three ancient tribal populations strongly rejects any incoming genetic signal of large-scale, recent (during the post-Neolithic) migration either of the present Dravidian or the Indo-European speaking populations to the subcontinent.”
Dr Vadlamudi Raghavendra Rao, one of the authors of the study, said, “DNA evidence is direct evidence and DNA dating is also possible in studies. Our results show continuity in the lineages and we would like to say there is a lot of sharing and the genetic footprint of these tribal groups is being shared by other ethnic populations.”
Scientists claimed that absence of any migration into the Indian subcontinent shows the flaws in the Indo-Aryan theory, which suggests that humans migrated from Africa to the Mediterranean region and then to the Indian subcontinent through the northwestern part of the present day country.
This latest study, however, claims migration occurred from the Indian subcontinent to the European region. Other scientists have also corroborated this theory that has come up in recent times. Critics say that the propagation of the Indo-Aryan theory is a “saffronisation” of history.
