Uranus , Neptune & Pluto

First of all I would like to clarify that Ur, Nep & Pl are not the planets that are used in classical vedic astrology. The reason is that they are very far away from the earth & hence their effect is little on the individual charts. My researches on them show that they somehow do influence the chart . They are just the supporting members to the main Vedic planets (Su, Mo, Me, Ve, Mars, Jup, Sat, Ra, Ke).

But still they modify the charts.

Uranus :
Own Sign: Aquarius
Exaltation: Scorpio
Debilitation: Taurus

Now these are the opinions of western astrologers. There is a difference of almost 24 degrees & hence one sign between Indian & Western astrology. So will these signs still hold good ? Most probably yes ! I still have to research more. Does neechabhanga raja yoga applies to Uranus ? Most probably yes !

Nep:
Own Sign:  Pisces
Exaltation: Leo (or Cancer)
Debilitation: Aquarius (or Capricorn)

N.B: Opinions of various authors differ here. I haven't tested these conditions.


Pluto:
Own Sign: Scorpio 
Exaltation: Aries (or Pisces)
Debilitation: Libra (or Virgo)


According to BV Raman they are natural  malefics. So they are most probably likely to do good in Upachaya houses or if they become strong otherwise. 

Uranus/Ra corresponds to number 4 in numerology & Neptune/Ket corresponds to number 7. So beej mantras for Ra & Ke should work for Ur & Nep respectively too. Hare Krishna.
